Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data notsureux ("we", "our", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. What we collect

When you use our contact form, we receive:

• your name and email address (required);
• your company name and the service you're interested in (optional);
• the message you write about your project.

When you email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs — such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request — to keep the site secure and working. We do not use these logs to identify you.

2. What we don't do

• We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics scripts on this site.
• We don't sell, rent or trade your personal data.
• We don't add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
• Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading a page doesn't send your data to font providers.

3. How we use your data

We use the information you send us only to:

• reply to your enquiry and discuss your project;
• prepare a proposal and, if we work together, deliver the project and keep business records;
• protect the site and form against spam and abuse.

Our basis for this is your request to be contacted, the steps needed before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

4. Storage on your device

The site stores two small preferences in your browser's local storage — not cookies, and never sent to us:

• Theme — whether you chose light, dark or system mode, so it's remembered next time;
• Intro animation — a session-only flag so the intro plays once per visit.

You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

5. Who else processes your data

Contact form messages are delivered by email through our website hosting provider and stored in our email inbox. These providers process data on our behalf to run the service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Case-study PDFs open directly from our own server.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up — usually no longer than 24 months if we don't end up working together. If we do work together, we keep project correspondence for as long as needed for the project and for legal, tax and accounting obligations.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and the contact form validates and limits submissions to reduce abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
